When you submit the accident inquiry form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code, accident type, and a description of what happened. We also record technical details needed to operate the service: your approximate location derived from your IP address (city/region/country), the page you submitted from, and the time of submission.

How we use it

We use your information to connect you with licensed personal-injury attorneys or their intake providers who handle cases like yours, and to contact you about your inquiry as you consented on the form.

How we share it

We share your submission with attorneys or intake providers relevant to your case, who may contact you by phone, text or email. We do not sell your information to data brokers. We may share information when required by law or to protect the service.

Consent and your rights

By checking the consent box you agree to be contacted by phone, text or email about your inquiry, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, asking the caller not to contact you again, or emailing [email protected].

Data storage and security

Submissions are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Key-Value storage) with access limited to the operators of Kazaam. Retention: real submissions are kept as long as needed to operate and document the service; suspected spam is kept up to 90 days.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
